Searching for FlipPay, Flip Money or EstImage Pay? You are in the right place. Those brands now operate as Rello Factoring, part of the Rello group. Same team, same service, same merchant portal.
Get paid, today
Factoring is built into your EstImage Online workflow. There is no separate application per invoice and nothing to reconcile: the insurer pays us, and the agreement closes itself.
Send your invoice to the insurer through EstImage Online, exactly as you do today.
Opt in to factoring on the invoices you want paid now. All of them, or just the ones that matter this week.
Once the insurer approves the invoice, we pay you the full amount minus the fee, usually within minutes.
The insurer settles the invoice with Rello Factoring on their usual terms. Nothing further for you to do.
One simple fee per invoice
It is free to onboard and free to hold an account. You only pay when you factor an invoice, and the fee is deducted before we pay you, so there is never a bill to settle.
- You receive 100% of the invoice amount minus the fee
- Paid the same day the insurer approves the invoice
- Invoices from $1 to $250,000 accepted, higher on request
- No establishment fees, no monthly fees, no exit fees
| Invoice | Fee | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000.00 | $100.00 | $4,900.00 |
| $900.00 | $40.00 | $860.00 |
| $20,000.00 | $400.00 | $19,600.00 |
Examples use a 2% fee. The $900 invoice attracts the $40 minimum, since 2% would be $18. The insurer pays the full invoice amount to Rello Factoring, which completes the agreement.

About Rello Factoring
What is EstImage Pay?
EstImage Pay is the name of the Rello Factoring service inside EstImage Online. It is a fully automated invoice factoring solution.
As a repairer on EstImage Online, you can have invoices sent to insurers paid to you immediately and automatically, with no manual applications or forms to fill out.
Who is Rello Factoring, and what happened to FlipPay?
Rello Factoring Pty Ltd (ACN 648 534 552) is a Sydney based fintech providing invoice factoring to Australian businesses. It is part of the Rello group.
The service was previously provided under the FlipPay brand by Flip Money Pty Ltd. FlipPay, Flip Money and EstImage Pay all now operate as Rello Factoring. Your account, agreements and the way the service works have not changed.
To use the service, you first open an account with Rello Factoring, then add each invoice you want paid early. EstImage Online and Rello Factoring are integrated to handle this simply and automatically.
Get onboarded: what does Rello Factoring need from me?
To access the service you need to be onboarded. This means providing some information about your business, accepting the terms and conditions, and having your account activated.
You can onboard directly with Rello Factoring, or via a partner such as EstImage Online. Either way you receive a unique link that opens an application form for your business.
What information is required?
Broadly, depending on the services provided:
- General business information (trading name, locations, contact details and so on)
- Ownership structure (whether you operate a company or trust, or multiple entities, and who the beneficial owners are)
- Bank account details (name, BSB, account number and proof of ownership)
Practically speaking, this is the same information any bank asks for when opening an account, and we process it faster.
Why is this information needed?
We are required by government regulation and by our service providers and partners to verify particular information about the businesses we serve, and to monitor usage of our services for compliance with various policies, obligations and regulation. For those interested, refer to AUSTRAC, and be wary of providers who do not appear to meet these requirements.
I do not want to share my bank details or bank statements
It is a regulatory requirement that we verify who we are providing financial and payment services to, and know who controls the bank accounts we deposit funds into. The service cannot be accessed without fully completing onboarding.
Why are director and owner identities verified?
We need to know the ultimate beneficial owners or controllers of an entity we provide financial services to, confirm those people are real, and confirm they are across the obligations agreed to in the terms and conditions.
Why is other commercial information requested?
Some products require specific data about the volume or profile of transactions you process, for example to inform risk and fraud monitoring. If you do not want to provide this information, let us know and we will remove or amend the related services on your account.
How long does it take?
Only a few minutes for you to complete, and if all is in order we typically approve the same day. If we require additional data or separate documentation to be signed, we will provide that as soon as possible and activate your account as soon as we receive it back. Your account can be used immediately on activation.
What if I do not want a service in the agreement?
The master agreement enables access to a range of services, each with its own terms and conditions applying per instance of use. If you do not want to accept something in the master agreement, do not use the related service and the specific conditions typically will not apply. Please contact us to discuss if necessary.
How it works
How does it work?
When you send an invoice to an insurer, you can opt to have it paid immediately via Rello Factoring instead of waiting for the insurer to pay it.
The service is currently only available on invoices sent to Australian insurers. Please contact us if you want to explore further options.
When you factor an invoice:
- You receive 100% of the invoice amount, minus the service fee, once your invoice is approved for payment by the insurer.
- You receive the payment on the same day as the request if your bank supports real-time payments, otherwise it can take 1 to 3 days.
- Your invoice to the insurer is updated to display Rello Factoring bank details, so the insurer repays the agreement directly to us.
- You can also repay the agreement at any time (for example, if the insurer paid you directly for a factored invoice), or contact us to arrange alternative repayment terms on any specific agreement.
Example. Bob runs Awesome Smash Repairs Pty Ltd and wants to manage his cashflow better.
Bob does a job for Great Insurer Pty Ltd and sends his invoice for $5,000. He needs the cash today to buy supplies, but knows Great Insurer typically pays on 28 day terms, so he requests factoring on the invoice.
Bob receives $4,900 today (the invoice amount minus a $100 service fee at 2%). Three weeks later, Great Insurer pays $5,000 directly to Rello Factoring. This completes Bob’s agreement, with no further action or repayment required.
What is the benefit?
Every business needs to manage its cashflow tightly. Whether it is normal bills, salaries, supplier invoices or larger purchases, most businesses experience periods where cash out is greater than cash in, and some sort of credit or finance solution is used.
Rello Factoring turns your unpaid invoices into immediate cash, keeping your cashflow funding closely aligned to your future income, for low, manageable fees.
The facility operates separately to any existing business loan or overdraft, and is optional to request on all or selected individual invoices. It is entirely in your control.
Without factoring. Bob does a job for Great Insurer Pty Ltd and sends his invoice for $5,000. He knows Great Insurer typically pays on 28 day terms and waits for that payment. Other expenses between now and then are paid via his business credit card or overdraft, or paid late, all incurring further costs.
With factoring. Bob sends the same $5,000 invoice, requests factoring, and receives $4,900 today. With that cash he pays other supplier invoices on time (receiving a discount for doing so) and keeps his credit card up to date, avoiding interest. Because the facility is linked to his invoices, Bob knows he will not borrow more than his business can afford.
How much does it cost?
It is free to onboard and access Rello Factoring.
The service fee is from 2% of the invoice amount, with a minimum fee of $40 per invoice. The examples below use 2%.
Example. Bob requests factoring on a $5,000 invoice, which the insurer pays three weeks later.
- Invoice amount: $5,000
- Service fee: 2% of $5,000 = $100
- Bob receives $4,900
- The insurer pays $5,000 three weeks later, completing Bob’s agreement
Bob then requests factoring on a $900 invoice, also paid three weeks later.
- Invoice amount: $900
- Service fee: $40 minimum fee applies (2% would be $18)
- Bob receives $860
- The insurer pays $900 three weeks later, completing Bob’s agreement
How much can I borrow?
When onboarded, your account is assigned a credit limit based on your annual turnover and other factors. The limit is communicated to you up front.
Individual invoices from $1 to $250,000 are typically accepted, with higher amounts accepted on confirmation with Rello Factoring.
Your credit limit can be increased if your business requires that level of support, subject to credit assessment. Please contact us with your merchant ID to update your account at any time.
How quickly do I receive my funds?
Funds are transferred to your account on the same day your invoice is approved for payment by the insurer.
If your bank supports real-time payments (NPP or PayID), you receive the funds instantly. Otherwise it may take 1 to 3 days.
Is any invoice I send eligible?
Eligible invoices must:
- Be a valid Australian tax invoice
- Be issued to an established insurance company operating in Australia
- Show the issue date, due date and a unique reference (claim number, invoice number, contract number, purchase order or similar)
- Include a Repair Authority issued by an accredited assessor or insurance company, with the amounts matching your tax invoice amount
- Show “in” and “out” dates

Using the merchant portal
The merchant portal still displays the FlipPay name in places while it is rebranded. Menu paths below are as they appear today.
Viewing and managing a payment request
Viewing a payment request shows the detail of that request and the actions you can perform on it. What is shown differs by payment method, finance option and status, so not every point below applies to every request.
Request details
The top card summarises the request: payment request ID (the unique ID for this request), your reference, and who created it. If the finance product offers a statement of account, you will see a link to download the PDF.
You may also see a financial summary covering the request amount, the service fee, the total repayable, the amount payable to the nominated account, the current balance and the due date.
Actions
- Cancel request: typically available before a request has been activated or disbursed. Cancels the request so it is no longer accessible or usable.
- Repay balance: on direct funding requests for some products, triggers a direct debit for the outstanding balance.
Tapping see more may display: additional information (data required to create or activate the request), attached files, disbursements and payments (the account we disburse to, the account to direct repayments to, and the account or method we debit from if auto-debit is enabled), history (status lifecycle dates) and contact details stored against the request.
Payments
The bottom card lists all payments on the request, past and future, once it has been activated or completed. Transaction types include:
- Disbursement: the payment from us to you or your nominated account. Shows as pending until the funds are confirmed sent, then disbursed. DC (direct credit) can take 2 to 3 days; NPP (New Payments Platform) is received instantly.
- Scheduled payment: any future payment scheduled for auto-debit or manual payment.
- Payment: any successful or failed payment via direct debit or card, with method and transaction reference.
- Auto retry: a future card payment scheduled automatically after a scheduled card payment fails.
- Early payout: a manual payout attempted or completed by you.
- Fee: any additional fees added, accrued or debited to the request.
- Bank transfer: an EFT received and reconciled to this request.
Request statuses
All payment requests show a status. For factoring requests:
- Submitted
- The request has been tagged for manual review due to credit policy or another rule. We typically assess and approve or decline the same day.
- Active
- The request has been approved and is now an active finance agreement. Disbursement has been initiated.
- Complete
- The finance agreement has been fully repaid.
- Cancelled
- The request has been cancelled and is no longer accessible.
The pending and info-required statuses used by other products do not apply to factoring requests.
Transaction types
When viewing the transaction list on an individual payment request, you may see the following.
Disbursement
The funds we are due to send to you, or to a designated third party for some products.
- Pending: the transaction has been initiated but not yet completed. It can be held for internal checks, or sent within seconds or minutes of approval.
- Disbursed: the funds have been sent.
Payments
The payment you are scheduled to make to us, if payment is not received before that date.
- Scheduled: a scheduled auto-debit of a card or account. Some products do not auto-debit, and instead show a similar transaction indicating when we expect repayment via EFT.
- Successful: a direct debit shows as successful 2 to 3 days after it is initiated, once cleared. An EFT shows only once it has been received and reconciled.
- Pending: a direct debit takes 2 to 3 days to complete, so shows as pending after it is initiated until it succeeds or fails.
- Failed: a direct debit dishonoured by your bank.
Account configuration
My bank accounts
The bank accounts we have verified for use on your account. For most products, these are the only accounts we disburse funds to. Each has a unique account ID, which integrated partners use in API calls and which you can quote to confirm an account when talking to support.
- You can change the display name, which masks the actual account name within the platform (for example, from “ABC Company ATF Some Family Trust Acc” to “Sales North Office Acc”).
- You can set the default email address for remittance advice on any disbursement to this account. This can be overridden per template, and is otherwise honoured when requests are created via API.
Finance options
The finance services enabled on your account. Some products offer default settings applied to any template or request using that product.
Bank details for repayments
The virtual bank account assigned to your merchant account. Use it for any repayments to us so the platform can reconcile your payments automatically. This appears under the “FlipPay bank details” menu item.
Disbursement reference
We disburse to you per request, rather than as a bulk payment you then need to reconcile against a separate statement.
To speed up reconciliation, you can configure the reference we add to each bank transfer. This is set as a default per product or payment option, and can be edited per request at the time of creation.
Your bank may not accept certain characters, or may have a shorter character limit. We apply basic formatting (removing special characters and limiting to 18 characters), but individual banks can apply their own rules afterwards. Typically, references arrive as you set them.
Disbursements for finance products
- Navigate to Settings, Account configuration, Finance options
- View the finance product you want to change and edit “Default reference on disbursement transaction”
You will see a list containing the merchant reference (the reference added when sending a request), the payment request ID (our unique ID for each request) and, where available, a product field such as an address. Drag and drop the items into order of preference. The reference at the top is used where possible, then the next, and so on.
Remittance advice
Every disbursement generates its own remittance advice, delivered by email at the time the disbursement is sent. The email is the same regardless of recipient. You can configure who receives it at three levels.
Bank account defaults
Every verified bank account has a default remittance contact, set automatically to the accounts or finance contact provided during onboarding. The default is inherited by every request template configured to disburse to that account.
- Navigate to Settings, Account configuration, My bank accounts
- Edit the “Default remittance advice to” field and save
Request template settings
Each template defaults to the bank account setting, but you can override it with one or more email addresses. You can also allow the request sender to edit the recipients or add addresses per request (both off by default).
- Navigate to Settings, Templates and edit a template
- Scroll to “Remittance advice”, tap “Other” and enter the addresses
- Optionally toggle on the settings that allow a sender to update recipients
Per request
If the template allows it, the request creator can edit or add addresses for an individual request in the “Communications” or “Remittance advice” section when creating it. This can only be set at creation, not afterwards. If you add an incorrect address, cancel the request and create a new one.
Merchant statements
You can download a monthly statement for your account on the 1st of each month, covering the previous calendar month. The statement for the current month is not available until the 1st of the next month.
The statement covers disbursements from your factoring agreements.
What you will see on the statement:
- The statement period, your account name and your unique merchant ID (M-####-####)
- Finance requests listed per finance product in the tables underneath, with header text that changes per product
- A transaction table with: date (the date we disbursed funds, which may differ from the date received depending on the bank), our ref (the unique reference for the request), your ref (any reference you added), requested (the amount requested), your fee and paid out (the amount we disbursed)
Making a payment to Rello Factoring
When your merchant account is created, we allocate you a virtual bank account with a BSB, account number and PayID. You can view these details in the portal under Settings, Account configuration, “FlipPay bank details”. The account will not change, so you can save it in your CRM, accounting software or online banking.
Any payment received into this account is related to you first, then reconciled against reference, amount and sender. If you send funds to the wrong account, or without the payment request ID (PR-ID), reconciliation is delayed and we may need to contact you.
Include the PR-ID as the reference on every payment to Rello Factoring.
Repaying a factored invoice
Check the details of the finance option to confirm whether it will direct debit your account if a repayment is not received by the agreed date. This is the standard approach, but some options can be configured to require an EFT from you instead.
To make a payment on an agreement:
- In the portal, find and open the specific agreement
- Tap “See more” and scroll to “Disbursements and payments”
- Use the details under “Direct payments/repayments to” to make your EFT
- Include the PR-ID as the reference on your transfer
Need our bank details?
We never send bank details by email. If you receive bank details from an email address presenting itself as Rello Factoring or FlipPay, treat it as a likely phishing scam.
You can retrieve bank details for a payment via any of these secure options:
- Log in to the merchant portal, open a specific payment request and scroll to “Disbursements and payments”
- In the portal, go to Settings, Account configuration, then tap “FlipPay bank details”
- Check your statement of account
- Call us on 1300 815 923
We do include bank details in statements of account (PDF files generated from the platform) in response to user feedback. However, any document or email containing bank details carries some risk, so we recommend confirming details via the methods above before transferring funds.
You are responsible for funds you transfer and for ensuring they reach Rello Factoring. Sending to the wrong account, or to a scam account, does not remove your obligation to make payment.
Submit a support enquiry
Quote your payment request ID for anything about an active agreement, or your merchant ID for account changes, and we can help faster.
View agreements, disbursements, statements and bank details in the merchant portal.
